Sometimes paperwork cannot wait until you are back in the office, but needs to be done immediately. Your vehicle usually serves as the main alternative and becomes a mobile office. But where do you keep everything such as order books and documents, pens and notepads, drinks bottles or the face masks that are currently needed several times a day?
Everyone has their own solution. The passenger seat presents itself as a practical solution: pens, orders and delivery notes are quickly and easily placed here. But when it comes to the next customer, I first first have to rummage through the mess to find the right piece of paper. Or everything goes flying into the footwell if you have to brake a little harder. This can be extremely annoying. But it doesn’t have to be this way. 😉

Experienced Sortimo customers of course know the AutoAssistant has been around for a while.
However, because it has been so popular since its market launch in 2008, we have completely revised and further optimized it.In addition to a chic design and an improved shape, it received additional features that bring many advantages not only in professional, but also in private everyday life.
Simple attachment, gentle on the seat
The AutoAssistant is traditionally placed on the passenger seat in vans and cars. The rounded edges of its optimised shape are particularly gentle on seat cushions. It is fastened in place quickly and easily using the three-point seat belt, which means it can be used on any seat in the vehicle – even in the back.
For professionals
The AutoAssistant supports you in your everyday work life as a practical organisational aid. Documents such as delivery notes and quotes, brochures and product catalogues, construction drawings and dimensional sketches, folders and presentations or, if necessary, your mobile phone and tablet can be quickly placed in the open storage pocket so they are at hand whenever you need them. There is also an integrated pen holder and space for a 1.5 litre drinks bottle. Current daily companions such as face masks or disinfectant can be put away and nevertheless remain easily accessible.
Fixed
The lid serves as a practical writing and working surface, so you can take notes and write reports directly in your vehicle. These are securely fixed in place by the paper clip even while driving, preventing them from sliding off.
Tidy
Other work materials or office equipment is stored in the generous storage compartment under the lid. This compartment can be further subdivided into up to three areas with dividers if required. From high-vis vest to lunch box, gloves, folding rule or logbook, everything has a place in the spacious compartment and is ready to hand when needed.

Office Organizer
For all those who need even more storage space for their documents on the passenger seat, the AutoAssistant can be supplemented with the new Office Organizer. The Office Organizer is a textile bag, designed for the backrest of the car seat and easily attached to the headrest with a belt strap. With several small pockets on the front and a large main pocket, the Office Organizer offers additional storage space for more work tools, documents and folders up to A4 size. So everything you need is on board and always ready to hand.
The accessories range will be further expanded in the future. We will of course keep you up to date.
